Clean Quick Access in Windows 10

If you have problems with the entries in quick access (of the windows explorer) , you can clean the entries in these directories:
%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations
%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations
Pin any additional entries you want.
